Expansion

While CIA factbook and other references report 400 man force, the Central Command article refers to 450 as of July 2004. The author probably interviewed the head of TDS, who would of course know the actual size of the force. Marshcmb 22:29, 26 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Theres a lot of detail about how many people could be in the forces (available, capable and reaching military age) but none about how many actually are. This doesnt really serve any function, surely its more appropriate to say a) how many people serve and b) what percentage of the population and capable population of Tonga this represents
