RE:The Internationale
[edit]Please see this from the official Billy Bragg website. It says "like". May I know what liner notes you are talking about? Feel free to change it back if it convinces you... I'll be away the rest of today. -- Миборовский U|T|C|M|E|Chugoku Banzai! 23:30, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

Juggernaut
[edit]Hi - there's a debate ongoing about the suitability of the Tesco example on the Juggernaut page. I wondered if you'd be able to contribute, on Talk:Juggernaut? Thanks. --Oscarthecat 06:46, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for reporting that, it seems to be turning up a whole mess of nasty page move vandalism by that user (and socks). I'm having a go at cleaning it up now. Petros471 17:57, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
Blade Runner: Original Version
[edit]You can acquire an original version on DVD. Some time ago fans converted and transferred the Criterion Edition from laserdisc to DVD. There are some floating around and you can inquire on the BR newsgroup if you want a copy. - RoyBoy 800 03:43, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
Batman Family merge
[edit]sorry, i didn't mean to be an ass. i thought consensus votes were 5 days. how long are we supposed to wait discuss?
(good job with the clean up btw) --Exvicious 06:40, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. Usually discussions go for a week or more, depending on how popular the article is. The internet is instantanious, but people's lives are not, so you have to give it a little time to generate interest, y'know.
- Glad you liked the cleanup -- the article still needs some work -- I removed many of the problems with Supporting Characters of Batman while merging, but some of them still exist within the new article. ~CS 09:13, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
Batman Animated merge
[edit]Be careful with the use of the word vandalism, it's not as simple as you put it. Read WP:What vandalism is not. The way my stalker proposed the merge and you followed after I asked for time to prepare the article before being judged is just disrespectful and personal against me. And you know it, don't disguise it as "vandalism", at least be honest with yourself. It's so easy and convenient for you to label it as such.--T-man, the wise 16:08, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- I believe the link that you're looking for is Wikipedia:Vandalism. This page is clear that the removal of content does fall under this. It is not acting in good faith to attempt to hide a discussion from the article's viewers. I don't know where you get the idea that I or anyone else is attacking you personally. We raised our objections early, and there is overwhelming consensus in this direction. You'll note that no one has taken action on the merge yet, and we have all attempted to be patient with you, even while you hurled abusive language at us. If you want to be a usefull contributor, I recomend taking a deep breath and allowing yourself some rational, critical distance instead of taking suggestions personally. There Is No Cabal. ~CS 16:23, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- Nope, vandalism is mindless. What I'm doing is astatement and I think I deserve the respect I'm asking. And you didn't get the link right either. You assume you know everything, don't you?--T-man, the wise 16:33, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- The "What Vandalism is Not" content is covered in the Wikipedia:Vandalism article. I clearly don't know what specific page you were looking for -- there was an error in your link. You may also want to familiarize yourself with WP:Point. I have made no assertion that I know everything, and I have no clue why you are engaging in hostility toward me. Please tone it down. ~CS 16:43, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
The link, I was looking is WP:NOT, "wise guy". You think you know it all don't you? Sor starters vandalism is mindless, what I did has a purpose. What I'm doing is a statement and I think I deserve the respect I'm asking. I put 90% of the material anyway and you are just judging without contributing at all. Comfortable, eh?--T-man, the wise 16:39, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry -- I don't follow what the "What Wikipedia Is Not" article has to do with vandalism. ~CS 16:49, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Nevermind, there is a lot of misconceptions of vandaliso and there is a WP: page with a list of the most common. Open a dictionary it's the same. Vandalism has no agenda.--T-man, the wise 18:32, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Uh, and I can remove whatever I feel like removing in my talk page, regardless convenience or how it looks like. Please, stop making up wikipedia rules. --T-man, the wise 18:34, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Vandalism#What vandalism is not.--T-man, the wise 18:37, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks. You realize that's the same page I directed you to above, when you called me a "wise guy," right? ~CS 18:48, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Golden Age Batman
[edit]Regarding the topic of the canonicity of Pre-Crisis Batman stories, perhaps you'd like to know that although you were correct when pointing out that Batman's Post-Crisis origin didn't negate many Pre-Crisis stories, mostly only post-1964 Silver Age stories are ever referenced as having actually happened to the current Batman. As you likely know, one of the reasons the original Crisis was published was to do away with Golden Age Earth-Two versions (along with other duplicates) of the Silver Age versions of many superheroes for the sake of simplicity (though the Earth-Two Batman had died years before, DC wanted him erased him from history). Since you seem to be interested, here's a brief rundown of the effects Infinite Crisis has had on the continuity of the Bat-Verse: 1 - The current Batman is said to have brought the murderer of his parents to justice (as in the Silver Age and unlike the Modern Age retcon, leaving the possibility of even more post-1964 Silver Age stories being referenced as canonical in the future). 2 - All pre-1964 stories are now said to have happened to the Golden Age Earth-Two Batman, despite 1964 being years after the conclusion of the Golden Age and the beggining of the Silver Age. 3 - The Golden Age Batman still remains purged from the history of the current DC universe, but his existance as the Batman from an erased alternate reality has been re-acknoweledged, with his friends in the Justice Society regaining their memories of him. The Ghost of the Earth-Two Batman has even appeared in a recent issue of JSA! --Ace ETP 03:30, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

gray boxes
[edit]How about this? All I did was put a space before the "H" in "How." --Chris Griswold 23:08, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
That's the ticket! I knew it had to be something simple, because I notice people doing it all the time. I couldn't figure it out, because the space didn't leap out at me when I looked at the source code. Danke! ~CS 00:42, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
- I take it they won't take much content though -- in my browser, thewords don't wrap, and keep going in a straight line, off of the page... 4.233.134.179 00:44, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
DA's recent minor unauthorized monitoring
[edit]However he was there because I was there and I was editing. That kind of discrimination is still insulting. I'm still bothered by the use of the word significant. Even if it was several minor corrections (wich include info erros on his part and some uneserary deletionism), is too litle compared to my part. Claiming "significant" is an insult because that edid took less than 5 minot while I've spend hours in that page. Did you see what he almost got along with the last time before today. He made up an entire convention afirm his antagonist renamings were correct. And I know he knows those renamings were going to bother me big time. I't took me weeks to get help to correct his changes. He is always antagonic and is too impulsive, that's why I still don't apreciate it. Of course it'b be nice to work with somebody to improve my grammar microsoft word doesn't correct my usage of prepositions and some adjetives, but DA's impulsiveness and deletionist tendencies makes him inapropiate for the task. And that kind of work require sensitiveness and politeness he lacks (as he has shown so far).
Yep, that's because you don't know him. He was antagonic since the second he checked my contribs to know what was I up to and go take off invo while covering up with spelling corrections. Check User talk:T-man, the Wise Scarecrow/Vandalism & Harassment In this page you can check for yoursel that's an ongoing modus operandi that is not aproved neither by editosr titoxt or steve block.--T-man, the wise 05:49, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
CS, thanks for your reply comments to T-Man's concerns. Yes, I have been impolite to T-Man in the past. But I really am working on a new approach, and that is to supplement T-Man's work with my editorial assistance, with efforts at "sensitiveness and politeness", as he says. And yes, my minimalist tendencies will sometimes irritate him, but I hope to avoid major issues; if there is clear disagreement, I will alert one of T-Man's three mentors, who will decide what to do to help this kid along his path to becoming a productive Wikipedian! -- Dyslexic agnostic 07:09, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

in the past. But I really am working on a new approach, and that is to supplement T-Man's work with my editorial assistance, with efforts at "sensitiveness and politeness", as he says. And yes,my minimalist tendencies will sometimes irritate him(not as much as getting the info all wrong ), but I hope to avoid major issues; if there is clear disagreement, I will alert one of T-Man's three mentors, who will decide what to do to help thiskidalong his path to becoming a productive Wikipedian! (for the sake of respecting him, let's say he is ok, yet I'm not sure he'd be a "productive wikipedian", at least not if he is comparing himself with me (you, know because the amout of info he gets wrong (like here making mistakes and edit warring per a made up name convention, error that took me weeks to fix like the actual name convention indicates. Also notice the attack on the summary), the insults the still recurring vandalism on my page, etc.) -- Dyslexic agnostic 07:09, 30 July 2006 (UTC) - Editorial asistanse my mentors told DA to let somebody else do. He is right the insults are in the past IF we consider 5 hours ago as "past" enough. Actually the condescending tone of the last comment is very ofensive. Just as recently insulted me several time in summaries. I hate date wikis, I find the m confusing and a waste of time (I want all the minuts I've wasted by accidentally clicking on them back), but does he really need to work on the same page the same day I'm editing? That's very annoying. I bet there are hundreds of pages he knows more about (from his edits getting the info right I've deduced, he reads recent comics, specially Infinity Crisis related, but haven't watch most of the DCAU series. He though Harley Quinn and Bane were from the 80s and Killer Croc and Black Mask from the 70s) that "need" more of those irritating (yet necesary, I guess) date wikis--T-man, the wise 09:17, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
I'm trying
[edit]But check what ind of comunication he is still up to: In the usercheckInstead of explaning his case hes seems to resort to mockery and insults. If he is so sure they aren not both the same person, why not letting the process of researching flow naturally, if he is right, administrators would simply find it out.--T-man, the wise 08:58, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Simple answer: because I do not have a sock puppet, and the idea is ludicrous. Poor T... he can't see the good faith from me. -- Dyslexic agnostic 12:44, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
The only edits that does not constitute harassment are the ones separated from more than three users and with 3 days diference: none. Do you coincide with anyone like that in that many pages. There is also no mention of harrasment to most links. If he stops following me around. I'll take that page off. As soon as he follows me in the manner I just sugested more than 3 times or 4 separated out of 10 times. The page is back. He might be botheed, but he is the one making that page bigger and bigger, not me. Besides what reason did he have before I started the page? I don't want him in my life. I hate him, I truly do, but if he stops following I'll stop compiling. I don't want to be his "team" or his "budd". I want to read from him as often as I happen to read from you (not that there is anything wrong with you)--T-man, the wise 22:27, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Batwoman OYL
[edit]It's not spec. Brad Meltzer, writer of the show, has sai that everyone who appears on the two covers is looked at for possible Justice League membership, and there's absolutely no denying the fact that it proves Batwoman is ALIVE and ACTIVE One Year Later.
