I know, the title of this page should really be "Lenka Šarounová". However, the English, German, Dutch, Danish and Swedish Wikipedias are the only ones not to use Unicode (UTF-8); they are still stuck with ISO-8859-1. As described in Wikipedia:Special characters#ISO-8859-1_Characters (or better yet meta:Help:Special characters), non-ISO-8859-1 characters are unsafe in titles and even in the text itself. The S-caron (Š, Š, ) is $8A (%138) on Windows code page 1252 machines and is not ISO-8859-1. So I'm compromising by using it in the text but not in the title.
The references to Lenka Šarounová (in the asteroid lists), when used in the ISO-8859-1 Wikipedias, send Windows and Macintosh browsers (Netscape 7, anyway) to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lenka_%8Aarounov%E1, whereas the UTF-8 Wikipedias go to http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lenka_%C5%A0arounov%C3%A1. See the difference?
