Too vague and abstract; unclear what it's supposed to be about; not a common term. Probably any content which could go here would be better off included in a bigger article, where it would be more in context. Cadr

This looks like part of a web of definitions for a telephone system. See the "what links here" for some of them. So the decision is bigger than just this article. NealMcB 23:56, 2004 May 14 (UTC)
