I like your page. It occurs to me: Modoc War, Seminole Wars, King Philip's War Aaron Burr's secession attempt didn't result in a real war, as far as I know. Could be classified under the original definition of Filibuster (see extreme bottom of page), which was tried three other times (two successes (Texas, Hawaii), and one failure (Nicarauga)).
