Untitled
[edit]So what exactly was the Good Neighbor Policy? The article doesn't say. 68.41.174.194 05:47, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
agree
[edit]article doesn't even say what the policy was
Work on this. it is pathetic
[edit]Considering the variety of articles relating to FDR, all extremly extensive, this is the only one dedicated to his sucessful foreign policy, and it is a lazy one paragraph stub. wikipedia you can do better. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.248.97.216 (talk) 23:29, 29 March 2007 (UTC).
If you think that the article is pathetic, change it yourself. Be bold! That's the philosophy of Wikipedia, if you think something's inaccurate or missing, edit it in yourself! Phuzion 22:25, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
Background
[edit]The article about Background is absolute trash and should be removed. It looks like some latin-american marxist from the 70s came out of his retirement to write this Background.
Vandalism
[edit]I have only gone through some parts of this article, and several parts of it are apparently vandalized with someone with a poor usage of the English language. I recommend for this article to become locked to users without accounts and very recent accounts.MarshalN20 (talk) 20:49, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
Horrible
[edit]This article is horrible. Who wrote this thing? Why is "Anti-American" a related link? Someone needs to fix this article. I think it was written by some Anti-American person. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.250.72.128 (talk) 22:43, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Hoover
[edit]The Good Neighbor Policy actually originated with Hoover, and the article should definitely reflect that. I think there's another article on wikipedia that references that fact. I'll go look for it. Señorsnazzypants (talk) 02:00, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
- Yep, that's referenced in this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_Hoover#Foreign_relations. Also, the Clark Memorandum should be noted as the origin of the public nature of the Good Neighbor Policy. Señorsnazzypants (talk) 02:02, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
Just link it.wiki article on wikidata, and make it visible in the search engine
[edit]Probably the en.wiki article may hurt someone because Roosevelt was a 33 degree freemason(like all the US presidents)?? One of the first things he made at the beginning of the Second World War is the political control of the shell and oil industry, DIRECTLY and personally referred to him.
No oil, no war. And someone may ask himself WHY the japanese oil repositories were NEVER bombed during the war (and japanese army do the same with US, despite a very short distance by flight for that time).
Trump will do surely the same with Kim and Corea.
If the article is a stub, just make it visible in the search engine. Why do we find only a disambiguation page and the good neighbour policy about the racing horse??
Please link the italian article on wikidata.like in the es and portugues wiki articles there are some useful quotations and informations Micheledisaverio (talk) 00:43, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
Shouldn't Policy in the title be capitalized?
