Discussion
[edit]There seem to be two versions around, with different track 6. One is around 4.39 minutes, the other either 5:25 or 5:39. See http://musicbrainz.org/show/release/?releaseid=30237 and http://musicbrainz.org/show/release/?releaseid=561519 . Does anyone have more info on this?
- Don't know when the above poster asked this as the question is not signed, but the article for I'm Good at Being Bad explains why there are three different versions of Fanmail. The 5:39 version of the song is from the original "explicit" release of FanMail. The 5:25 version is from the edited "clean" release of the album with what might be considered offensive content removed. The 4:39 version is from what is the currently in print "explicit" release. It is a minute shorter because the Donna Summer sample has been removed, apparently at the request of Summer herself. The article speculates that this might be because Summer objected to her music being sampled on a song she considered offensive.94.173.10.78 (talk) 17:43, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on FanMail. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://uktop40.republika.pl/najlep%20sprzalbumy%20uk%201999.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
