Buffy's Namesake
[edit]Thanks for the X-men suggestion. I've never been a comic book reader and was unaware of this, though I did borrow the X-men movie from the library just to see what it was all about. Doubt that I'll get a reply, but I'm writing Whedon a letter to see what he says about this. Ave atque vale! PedanticallySpeaking 15:02, Sep 25, 2004 (UTC)
Perennial candidate
[edit]Please go to Talk:Perennial candidate to discuss your desire to include Ralph Nader. The fact that he is "well known" is not a justification for inclusion. Three times is a ridiculously low standard since it would mean we'd also have to include Nelson Rockefeller and Adlai Stevenson along with a slew of other well known three time aspirants. I don't know what your personal view of Nader is but if you simply want to try to discredit him by labelling him a "perennial candidate" then that isn't a very good reason either;) AndyL 14:48, 26 Nov 2004 (UTC)
My views of Nader have nothing to do with this, and I'll thank you not to question my motives again. Khanartist 18:42, 26 Nov 2004 (UTC)
First Evil
[edit]Regarding your edits to the article on the First Evil, where exactly did you get your information regarding him being made corporeal during a potential season 8.
Greetings
[edit]Please be respectful of me in the ensuing changes to the Republican Party article, and I promise to show you the same courtesy. You cannot win a battle to protect a page so dripping with negative political invective according to Wikipedia rules which mandate neutrality. So let's work out something that we can both live with and that others accept too. Libertas
Howard Dean

Help desk question
[edit]I think the page you want is Wikipedia:Changing attribution for an edit. Don't bother unless you're really patient, though. →Reene✎ 10:50, Jan 17, 2005 (UTC)

Hello Khan
[edit]quote 'In the same vein, please refrain from inserting the word "biased" into the Fahrenheit 911 article. Please note that this is against Wikipedia's NPOV policy. And welcome to Wikipedia, by the way. Khanartist 20:18, 2005 Jan 30 (UTC)'
I am not certain what happened. Why I was banned for neutrality, my problem I had was not clear. I suppose it was for the F911 comment about 'revert; spelling' what is wrong with that, it is not misleading, I was correcting the spelling of the genre of the film it is not 'extremely biased documentary' it is 'biased documentary' and a ‘revert’ because I corrected the change that was made to delete my correction. How do you say that is not a spelling correction? Don’t fraternize me with that just because you cannot see the meaning, you did not even ask me what it meant you assumed it was 'misleading', excuse me for using the English language in literal meaning. From now on I shall use 9th-grade level to avoid further confusion.

Unspecified source for Image:Normanthomas.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Normanthomas.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 07:01, 7 April 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. gren グレン 07:01, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
