9/18/06 - I changed "the area around Kaesŏng came under North Korean control during the Korean War, and officially became part of that country" to "the area around Kaesŏng came under North Korean control during the Korean War, and officially came under the administration of that country." The consititutions of both the North and South claim the entire Korean penninsula as their domain, so it doesn't make sense to say that Kaesung officially became part of North Korea at that time.
