Wikipedia talk:Mailing list postings that should be read by everyone

Oh, I'd been doing something similar on user:Jimbo Wales. Ho hum. Martin 17:38, 29 Feb 2004 (UTC)
- Jimbo is not the only person who makes mailing list postings that everyone should read. :) I think this page is a better place so it can cover anyone's posts. I was also wondering whether it might be worth having this on Meta instead and making it international. Is the English list the only place interesting things are happening? What about being notified of things on other lists. Also - what is interesting? Those involved in the recipe fights probably think those are, but I expect most people could happily survive with no knowledge of those. Angela. 16:55, Mar 2, 2004 (UTC)
Is there any objection to deprecating this page now and including important emails in the Wikipedia:Goings-on page instead? Angela. 00:10, Mar 7, 2004 (UTC)
- I guess no comments in over a week means no objections. I've redirected it now. Angela. 00:58, Mar 17, 2004 (UTC)
